Terms of Use

By accessing or using Mindcracker, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms apply whether you browse publicly available pages, sign in, complete lessons, play games, buy digital items, or interact with wallet and certificate features.

You are responsible for the account information and sign-in methods you use on Mindcracker, including email, Google, or phone-based authentication.

You must not impersonate others, share access in a misleading way, or attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or access restrictions.

Some features require an authenticated account, including saved progress, leaderboard identity, profile activity, gem rewards, and certificate minting.

You may use Mindcracker for lawful learning, skill-building, and related personal or internal business uses.

You may not misuse the service, scrape or attack the platform, interfere with normal app operations, upload malicious content, or use bots, scripts, or other automation to fake gameplay, progress, purchases, certificates, leaderboard position, or token balances.

We may investigate abuse, correct platform records, reverse rewards that were granted in error or through misuse, and suspend or limit access where needed to protect the service.

Mindcracker may award XP, badges, streak credit, game rewards, gems, and other digital progression markers based on platform activity.

Those features depend on app rules, available integrations, and system health. We do not guarantee that every reward, score sync, or progression event will succeed on the first attempt.

High scores or lesson progress saved only in your browser may be lost if you clear local storage, switch devices, or browse while signed out.

Mindcracker may provision blockchain-related features such as Polygon smart accounts, token rewards, anchored achievements, and skill certificates. These features can depend on third-party networks, RPC providers, sponsored gas policies, explorers, and marketplaces.

Blockchain activity may be public and irreversible once submitted. Public wallet addresses, transaction hashes, NFT token ids, and related marketplace links may remain visible outside Mindcracker.

Certificate minting may require skill completion and gem spend. Public certificate pages may show learner name, skill title, mint date, and related proof links.

Certain features may require payment or gem spend. Prices, bundle contents, eligibility rules, and item availability may change over time.

Card payments are handled through Stripe. Payment completion, fraud review, wallet provisioning, and blockchain confirmation may affect when a purchase is fully delivered.

Digital items, token credits, and certificates are platform features and are not bank accounts, stored-value accounts, or investment products. Mindcracker does not guarantee resale value, liquidity, or marketplace support for any token or certificate asset.

Mindcracker integrates with third parties such as Firebase, Stripe, blockchain infrastructure providers, and social sharing platforms. Your use of those connected services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for outages, delays, policy changes, wallet restrictions, or marketplace decisions made by those third parties.

The Mindcracker platform, software, visual design, educational content, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Mindcracker and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as allowed by law, you may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly exploit, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the platform or its content without permission.

Mindcracker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, perfect data accuracy, or guaranteed indexing or visibility of onchain assets on explorers or marketplaces.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindcracker is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

We may update these Terms of Use as the product changes. Continued use of Mindcracker after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
